In reply to this article, I wrote this on Huffington Post: “I’m the author of the book in question and I would like you to know that what you have linked to is not a review of my book. JC Moore should be embarrassed. He has not read my book. His review was published before my book was published, he got the title wrong, and apparently based all his comments on 1. a liberal smattering of an article that a newspaper wrote about my book in December 2009, and 2. his own prejudice. I hope that he will actually read the book one day and review it then.

My book is an in-depth analysis of the worldview, philosophy, theology, ethics, politics, and strategies of the Green movement. The book is 307 pages of text, followed by over 1000 references. I wrote the book because I believe it is possible to have a balanced Biblical view of stewardship and conservation to the critical issues of environment and development.”

Dear Dr. Wanliss,

I based my article about your book on quotes from an article in The World Tribune by Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media. I do not consider the World Tribune to be a liberal source and I considered his article and the quotes from your book to be accurate. I do not know how he got them before the book was published, do you? If you will send me a copy of your book , I will check on his accuracy and correct any errors that might have resulted from misquotes. Please send me a private e-mail address and I will send you my mailing address.

I believe readers should receive both sides of an issue, and I have posted a link on my site to your critique of my article above. I hope you will post this on your site as well.

Sincerely,
J.C. Moore
